Blogmas Isn’t Over Yet – But I’m Doing Bloganuary!

Advertisements

I know, I know. I can’t believe it either, but yes, I’m here to tell you that Blogmas isn’t over yet. The 25 days of daily blogging leading up to Christmas may have hit a bump in the road for me this year. And that bump? Well, it came in the form of being sick. Yep, I missed a chunk of Blogmas, and honestly, it’s been a little frustrating. I had big plans for this festive season, but sometimes life just throws you a curveball, right?

So, instead of pretending like I can somehow go back and cram in all those missed days of Blogmas, I’ve come up with a new plan. Prep for Bloganuary!

What’s Bloganuary?

If you haven’t heard of Bloganuary, it’s a challenge where bloggers write every single day in January. It’s kind of like Blogmas but with a New Year’s twist. I love the idea because it gives me the chance to not only finish up my Blogmas posts but also take some time to reflect on the year that’s passed and set intentions for the one ahead. It’s a fresh start, and I’m excited about it!

But don’t worry, I’m not abandoning Blogmas entirely. There’s still so much of the holiday season left to celebrate, and I’m determined to make up for those lost days. So, today is Day 15, and we’re just 10 days away from Christmas! Can you believe it? The countdown is seriously on. 🎄✨

I’m planning to keep the holiday spirit alive here for the next few days with festive posts, gift guides, recipes, and reflections on the year. I mean, there are only 17 days until the New Year, and there’s still so much to look forward to!

Expect Lots of End-of-Year Posts 🎉

I don’t know about you, but I love the feeling of wrapping up the year with intention. So, here’s what you can expect from me in the coming weeks:

  1. Blogmas Catch-Up Posts: Yes, I’ll still be finishing up those Christmas-related posts, so get ready for some last-minute gift ideas, festive DIYs, and some cozy holiday reflections.
  2. End-of-Year Wrap-Up: I’ve got a whole post (or maybe a few) planned about my 2023 highlights, lessons learned, and things I want to carry into the new year.
  3. Goals for 2024: I love a good goal-setting session, and I’m all about starting the year with clarity and purpose. Look out for posts about what I hope to achieve in the next 12 months, both personally and for this blog.
  4. Personal Reflections: With the year winding down, I’m sure I’ll be sharing some more personal thoughts and experiences. This time of year always gets me reflecting, and I want to take you along for the ride.

I’m excited for all that’s to come! So, while Blogmas may have had a little hiccup this year, I’m determined to finish it strong — and kick off Bloganuary in style. Thanks for sticking with me, and I can’t wait to share more with you as we head into the new year.
