A little known fact

Advertisements

Online, I’m all bunny puns, snacks, and chaotic good vibes — but in real life, I’m a Front Office Manager and hiring manager at a hotel. Kind of. I do the work, manage the team, train new staff, put out fires (figurative… mostly), and keep things running — just without the title or pay that should come with it.

I’ve shared before how frustrating that can be — living in the land of false promises and “maybe next quarter.” But the truth is, I’m really good at what I do. I train people well. I lead with empathy and clarity. I see what people are capable of, even when they don’t yet. I keep the team moving — calmly, quietly, and efficiently.

And funny enough? That part of me shows up everywhere — in school, clubs, group projects. I can’t help but lead with structure and support. I don’t just do the work; I make sure everyone else is set up to do theirs, too.

You might not see all that through my internet persona, but it’s there. Under the puns and cozy vibes is someone who knows how to lead — and does it well.

So even when the recognition is slow to come, I show up. For my team. For my classmates. For my guests. And, yes — for the snacks.
