I have compared my blog activity this month to the previous month and am falling behind.
However, this month is one of my busiest, including Valentine’s Day, my birthday, my niece’s birthday, and the start of school. Along with my regular full-time job, it feels like I am juggling too many things at once, leaving me feeling overwhelmed and burnt out. I am still figuring out what to expect from the upcoming months, but March will be slower, although not by much, as I still have work and school.
Despite the challenges this month, I hope to finally create a schedule instead of living each day on the edge of a breakdown. Although let’s be honest, I’ll probably still feel that way because it gives me a sense of being the “main character.” But I am determined to come out of this month feeling more organized and in control.
This month has been an emotional rollercoaster ride. It’s been a bit rocky, but pretty awesome at the same time. Things have been better than ever, and I am grateful for that. Although I haven’t been able to stick to all my plans, some things didn’t go as planned, and I didn’t even plan for some things. However, more good than bad has happened, and I am thankful for that.
One of the highlights of this month was my niece’s success in her martial arts tournament. I am so proud of her for living her Karate Kid/Cobra Kai best self. She recently participated in the biggest tournament in the SoCal area, which was open to all mixed martial arts and not just focused on Karate. She put in a tremendous amount of effort and hard work, and it paid off. The kid came home with trophies, and not just some fake participation trophy. She is starting next month off strong by attending another tournament on the 2nd- she’s literally my hero.
I am also currently working on a blog post about my birthday weekend, but I am waiting for my boyfriend to finish sending me all the pictures we took. However, I have posted some on Instagram already.
